40g oatmeal
2 tablespoons chia seeds
110ml Nammm
1 Apple
3 cubes of 85% chocolate
1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil
Preparation
Note: Prepare this dish the night before you want to eat it .
Heat 110ml in a pan. Once it is warm (not boiling), remove the pan from the heat.
Stir in the oatmeal and chia seeds and let rest.
Bring some water to the boil in a pan.
In the meantime, grate the apple.
When the water is boiling, lower the heat and melt the chocolate pieces with the coconut oil in a bain marie in a pot in the hot water while stirring.
Mix the grated apple into the oatmeal and pour the melted chocolate over it.
Let it set in the refrigerator.
